Terms and Conditions for DWG Jewellery

Make sure you read Rules and Regulations thoroughly before you order anything from DWG.

When placing an order or buying something we assume that you read these rules and regulations and have accepted them.

Order Confirmation and Proforma

As soon as your order is received, we will send you a proforma where you will find the basic information about your order: description of the goods, amount of goods, quality specifications, and any other information you may need.

After the buyer checks the proforma and pays as discussed, we will consider the order confirmed.

Payment Conditions

Unless otherwise agreed upon in written format, all orders will be accepted only after advance payment.

Once the payment is made - through bank transfer (T. T.) or PayPal – being an accepted way of payment, we will start producing or dispatching the order.

Shipping and Delivery

The orders will be sent through some postal service companies or FedEx or UPS if the buyer specifies a courier preferably.

If not, DWG will choose UPS or another courier service at its own discretion.

Most of the orders will be completed in about 2-3 weeks when the payment has been received, depending on the number of orders and production conditions. 

Import and Customs Papers

If you have particular requirements regarding the customs clearance or other importation procedures in your country like a Certificate of Origin or another piece of paperwork similar, you need to let us know prior to the order being processed. It is up to the buyer to check the local regulations on importation and ask for necessary papers in advance.

Product Marking

In case you want any specific marking on your chains like your firm name, gold percentage marking, or any other special custom marking, you need to notify us at the moment of placing your order. Custom marking may involve the expenses associated with these technologies that will be discussed separately if needed.

Additional Charges for Surrounding and Plating

In case you need any additional options concerning the finishing, plating, polishing or rhodium treatment, you need to inform us about this before production is started. Any references to the required finishing made after confirmation of the order will not be acceptable and lead to additional expenses and changes of timelines of the production. 

Custom Packaging

In case you require custom packing, branded packing or any other requirements for packing, it is important to explain them in full detail while placing the order. Otherwise, all products will be delivered packed in accordance with the standard method of packing for shipping and handling. Intellectual Property

All material featured on the DWG's website, including but not limited to written content, images relating to goods, visuals, designs, and logos, is owned either by DWG or DWS Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. The design and manufacture of every jewellery piece, presented on the website, is protected, and no piece of jewellery design, image, or any other information can be repeated, replicated, modified, or employed for commercial purposes without written permission granted in advance.

All individuals making purchases via the website are deemed to have agreed with and complied with the company’s intellectual property rights.

Amendment of Terms

DWG has the right to modify, change, or update these terms and conditions in accordance with laws.

Revised terms will replace previous editions as of their publication date.

Product Display and Accuracy

We strive to represent accurately the details of our jewellery products listed on the website, including weight, stone specifications, net weight, and gold purity content.

At the same time, you should take into account minor discrepancies in color, tone, and looks that may arise due to particular screen settings or lighting conditions. Such differences do not signify a fault of the product. 

Returns and exchanges

Custom-made goods, such as rings manufactured in specific sizes, cannot be returned, unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.

Shipping costs and packing fees are non-refundable.

If any returned items are rejected or have to be returned a second time, the additional shipping charges will be taken care of by the buyer.

The buyer must take care of delivered items until they arrive at the DWG Jewellery premises.

In case you receive a faulty item, you must contact us and follow our instructions to return it.

Please note that the items must only be returned using the local national post or any delivery option approved beforehand.

You are advised to use an insured delivery option while returning an item, but the courier charges for using a premium courier service cannot be refunded unless you were informed ahead of time.

If you receive an item damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately for assistance.
